How long does delivery take?

We deliver orders within 1–3 business days in major UAE cities. For remote areas, delivery may take 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS.

Is there free shipping available?

Yes! We offer free standard delivery anywhere in the UAE on orders above AED 150. For orders below AED 150, a standard delivery fee of AED 18 applies within city limits.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days for a full refund. If the product has been opened, you can still return it within 30 days, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

What if I received a wrong or damaged product?

If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@wellvostore.com. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund no extra cost to you.
